At Jinuev, every piece of art is created with great care and prayer. Because of the nature of our products, we have a clear and simple refund policy.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Prints
Please make your selection carefully. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll do our best to make it right.
To be considered for a replacement or refund, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Email support@jinuev.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage

Keep all original packaging for reference or return, if requested
Please note: Submitting a damage claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to deny any request at our sole discretion, especially if there is insufficient evidence or the damage appears to be due to mishandling after delivery.
Late or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery window (2–3 weeks for U.S. orders), please contact us.
We’ll work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
